So my weeding is in two weeks. I used to have the old pro longwear foundation in shade nw15. A week ago I was trying to buy a new one for my weeding and i couldn’t find the old one. Now they have a new formula the pro longwear waterproof nourishing foundation. A week ago I called Mac costumer service to ask about the shades and if they’re still the same. They told me yes. To make sure again I used the live chat and asked again and they told me yes in the new formula you’re still an Nw15. So I went ahead and asked my friend who was traveling to France to get it for me. Since I live in Algeria we don’t have MAC stores. I’ve been a faithful MAC costumer for so long. Just this past week my friend got us four foundations for me, my mum and my sisters. So yesterday I receive the foundation and it completely a different shade ! It’s white ! Not even close!!! I was going to use it on my weeding day 😢 everything has been going wrong and now MAC Lies to me and doesn’t even care. I called the costumer service, been talking to them for a half hour. They have my email and my number and nothing has been done. My friend can’t go back to France. They gave me a wrong shade from what I used to use. I’m disappointed !
