Makes about 1 cup
1 cup (200 grams) white sugar
1/4 cup (80 grams) molasses

Mix both ingredients together until you have no more white sugar.
Use as you would regular dark brown sugar in your desserts and in your baking.

I use stevia and xylitol only at my home, and color it with maple extract. I will check to see the sugar grams, in dark molasses. As always I learn so much from you.
