Go Pole Reach problem

Just unboxed my Go Pole Reach and for my disappointment it is broken. Searched for it on google and it seems to be a problem that occurs very often. I am contacting Go Pole Mounts to use the lifetime warranty. Will update this video with the feedback as soon as they solve my problem.

Problema recorrente no pau de selfie Go Pole Reach. Um dos braços veio sem cola e solta quando estendemos o cabo. Entrei em contato com a Go Pole Mounts e estou aguardando uma resposta deles, que dizem fornecer Garantia eterna.

I had the same problem! Seems like it is project issue from GoPole. They must do something about it!

I solved by applying extra strong glue to the plastic joints. they no longer come out
