Thank you. I wondered what is lost when roasted. I generally eat them by putting them in the coffee grinder. Then sprinkle them on a salad or rice etc. I have not had the stomachache because of the acid. So I do not know if that will help anyone.

ATPO 559 (normal <9.0)

parathyroid hormone 33.8 ( normal 18.5 - 88.0)

Cortisol 9.9 (normal 7am - 9am 4.9 to 22.40)

Prolactyn 188.6 (normal 59 - 619)

Please guide me to understand she has Hashimoto's or hypothyroid
