The fact that Guy Gardner (and probably his team) are fighting Solaris and Superman isn’t makes me think that for some reason only corporate heroes are allowed to do so. And Clark is putting his faith on them but he’s still suited up and ready to go if needed. I’m willing to bet Lois is the one that ends up convincing him that “f*ck them, they can’t keep you from being who you are” or something like that.
I think it’s a moment of internal struggle and a perfect example of why Superman needs Lois.

We hear Kryptonian language with Jor-El speaking just like Supergirl in Superman/Batman: Apocalypse. The backdrop of the arctic and seeing the All Star Superman nod to the robots aiding Superman as they try to heal him by exposing him to the yellow sun with his internal organs, bones all trying to heal, align back to its original place with him screaming so well captured. Also we hear the voices of Alan Tudyk and Willem Dafoe as the robots that yell and talk to Kal-El.

25:29 I agree, it's like Wolverine when he heals, it's like your bones or whatever that has been dislocated or wounded is piecing itself back together, trying to heal itself, which pains Wolverine and in this case Superman. The sun is what heals or gives Superman that power boost that he needs. The sun, in this scenario, is speeding up that healing process, hence the robot saying, "We'll have you up and at em in no time."

I can see Superman having a very heart to heart conversation with all robots after they’ve fixed him where he says something along the lines of”Yiu are not here to serve me, I won’t have yiu treat as slaves, you need your own personality your own thoughts as long as it doesn’t harm humanity or me” that kind of thing Gunn has out that in for a reason when he says I have no conscience

You hit the nail on there head with superman and the sunlight. I've had my arm snapped back it to place and I turned feral for about 10s.

I'd love to see this version eventually have to use the actually surface of the sun to charge and just roaring infront of it until you see him red eyed and just completely focused.

The reason the vfx look so good is Gunn has his effects supervisor on set, which helps give the effects team the best possible footage to work with.
