2 MINUTE Microwave Blondies | Soft & Chewy Blondies Recipe

Enjoy soft and chewy blondies in no time with my 2 Minute Microwave Blondies Recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup butter, melted (57g)
1/2 cup brown or white sugar (100g)
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg*, room temperature
1/2 cup all-purpose flour (60g)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
2 tbsp sprinkles (optional)

Microwave used: 1000 watts.
Dish used: 6.5x6.5 inch. You can also use microwave safe container, silicone mold, or mugs.

NOTES
*Substitute the egg by using 1 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water
*You can bake these blondies in a traditional oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
*DO NOT over bake. When the batter no longer looks wet and the top is barely firm to touch, it is baked.

i tried these and they turned out pretty good! sweet and a delish, small friday night dessert.part of it turned out burnt tho and the other part didn’t cook at all but a nice chunk in the middle of the pan was cooked just fine.. i cut it into some small pieces and coated them in white chocolate and shared them with my fam and they were good! i rate this recipe probably an 8/10

Your recipes work. I tried this one with micro-convection combo at 180 degree for 3 min and cake turned out superb. I had added half a cup of milk to make the batter slightly thinner than yours. I have tried other recipes of yours and they all worked. Love the apple oat crumble....My whole family likes it too. Thank you!
