Wow why does it do this in the first place? The trick helped me, at first it seemed like it didn’t when I went back to the date and time but it needed a little time to process that I turned off share across devices.

Worked for me only after resetting my phone. When I first turned off the “Share across devices” setting in Screen Time, and navigated back to Date & Time, I wasn’t able to set the time manually. After I reset my phone, I was able to.

Didn’t work for me either. But I found there’s another time zone setting in the Calendar and it was set to Time zone override there. I was able to update that time zone (or probably could have turned off the override). Then restarted the phone and the clock one also updated.

Mine was already off. I turned it on; then, back off. And after that, I could toggle set time automatically to the off position, which fixed my time error. Wow. That’s a lot!

This did not work. I tried many things. Only thing that worked for me is to go to phone that setup the screen time and then to turn it off - change time manually should now work. Unfortunately you will need to re-setup Screen Time.
