How to Change Time Zone on Windows 11 or 10 PC

How to set your computer to a different time zone on Windows 11 or Windows 10. Microsoft Surface Pro 8 used.

Worked like a charm. Although to get to that menu quicker. Go to time hover arrow right click and adjust date and time will pop up click on that. This menu popped up
