Also remember, if this is happening on your kid iPhone/iPad, make sure you have turned off the screen time option on the adult’s phone 1st, or it won’t work!

That didn’t work for me. Found a Super simple fix! My time was off and Time zone said Beijing after a shot trip to Seattle then back to the mid-west. Went to Setting-General-Date and Time. To correct “Time Zone” you click on the greyed out city and it opens a search bar. I’m not in Chicago, but that’s mid-west time. I click it, and it worked. To reset the time, just click on the blue date or time and scroll the dial to your correct time for you home city. *Editing to add date- this is July 20, 2023.
