i have to make a few pointers about this game and it's original it has many traps that could lock you out of 100% game completion:
1. DO paramedic FIRST in PORTLAND because it's small area trying to do that while Mafia AND Triads are hostile to you is going to be impossible to do that side mission
2. because vigilante AND firefighter require you to kill 20 criminals luckily not in a row though AND extinguish 20 fires again not in a row on EACH island i suggest doing those BEFORE doing story missions AND payphone missions because if you don't it's going to be hard with gangs hostile to you when you complete specific story mission
3. speaking of missions as far as i know some missions can lock you out of 100% such as completing Waka-Gashira Wipeout! mission BEFORE doing Kenji missions, in Portland Completing Last Requests before side missions Vigilante, Firefigher and paramedic Mafia will be hostile to you
and 4. Which mission unlocks another island? Well: Complete Last Requests to unlock Staunton island and Complete A Drop in the Ocean to unlock Shoreside Vale only these 2 missions unlock another island

Please, another way to get trophy going rogue? Its difficult cause cars are fast even using uzi gun seems like they speed faster n i cant catch to them.
