Steps to Add techCONNECT as a Recipient:
1. Log in to your FNB app.
2. Navigate to your dashboard.
3. Look for the "Pay" option. You can find it on the dashboard or use the search function.
4. Click on "Pay" and then select "Recipients."
5. Choose "Add Recipient" or "Add Bill."
6. Specify the account details (not the card details) by selecting the first option.
7. Choose "FNB" as the bank.
8. Enter "TechConnect ISP" to indicate the recipient.
9. Input our account number (details provided after a successful line of sight test).
10. For your reference, name it "TechConnect WiFi" so you can easily identify it.
11. Use the account number we provide for the recipient reference (usually starts with double zeros).
