I thought you were going to touch upon the anti-aging benefits of carnosine. I saw something written that it reduces or removes amyloid plaque in the brain and helps in warding off Alzheimer's disease and then life extension says it's an antaglycading agent. I thought you would cover more than just the muscular performance. Could you tell me how each differs in the anti-aging side of things? Also carnosine I read somewhere that it has some heart benefits. I was didn't know that this was strictly about muscles but maybe I'll get to hear from you

Beta alanine gives me tingles in fingers & toes, feels like they fell asleep. Took with creatine in preworkout & felt like a 600lb silverback gorilla for half an hour.

Awesome presentation! Concise, evidence-based and super informative. A topic I'd be interested in is optimising bike aerodynamics at home and an explanation of cDA, etc.
For me personally, I feel like I've got a good TT position on the bike and have a mirror in front of the trainer to work on head position during intervals and body cues for when I'm on the race course. The next level for me would be some sort of virtual wind tunnel technology at home to refine my position - not sure if you have any experience with this?

What's your opinion on different drug delivery systems for oral carnosine, like Zinc-Carnosine or liposomal/micellar formations?

I think BA should be taken for dopamine optimization. Serotonin dominance can be regulated with things like BA and L phenylalanine. I see the main reason people buy it but dopamine optimization of BA seems under valued but in time I think people will notice the importance of BA. And the disservice of high Serotonin.

Question. I believe carnosine will be broken down in the stomach into its amino acids of beta alanine and histidine. Could this be avoided by low dose carnosine dissolved in liquid allowing its ingestion by getting past the stomach without digestion?
