Challah Buns

~Recipe~
•1kg All Purpose Flour
•2Tbsp dry active Yeast
•5Tbsp sugar
•21/2 Cups water
•1/2Cup oil
•1Tbsp salt (added after kneading & combining the other ingredients)
•Knead for 7-8 minutes
•let it rest for 1 Hour.
•create buns & brush egg on top
•Sprinkle Sesame
•let it rest again 1/2 hr
•preheat oven 350F & bake until golden
