OM that is insane! I just bought the Cargo net kit for my wife's new 2017 Hybrid Touring and thought it was going to just be an open the package and install it. They should already have the anchors ready to go. Having the dealer do that would cost $$$$. No way most folks could do that, what is the black anchor on the right side of the trunk used for then??
