Agree 100%. I'm 71 and exercise every day and I feel the same as I did when I was 30 years old. Get up and move. Love you guys.

Agree 100%. Will soon be 81. Walk about 8000 steps daily. Train with light weights 3 to 4 times weekly and feel like I did in my 60s. I want to wear out, not rust out.

67 years old. Don't own a car. Cycle to and from work 17km each way daily. More on weekends doing shopping and errands. I am in great health and I feel terrific. My Mom is 90 years old and walks 8 - 10km a day, so maybe it runs in the family. Great video! Thanks, guys!

Agree 100%. I, too, am 71 and exercise by rowing 3 times a week for 1-hour each interval. However sometimes I do feel like 71 and not 30. Love you guys, too!

I'm 65 and just started weight lifting 1 year ago. The change in my energy, stamina, and physique is very rewarding. I look forward to year two.

Respect to the Docs' children who had to live with these dad-jokes as they grew up!
'Yes' to exercise.
'No' to being 71, thanks.

I just got a small dog and I walk her around the block, twice a day. Or walk for coffee. Even in snow and rain.. yesterday was rain.

Excellent. Yes. Question from my Physical Therapist after hip replacement - "Are you back to walking your dog 30 minutes a day?" She asked every session until the answer was yes.
And a big shout out to the PT's out there who make a huge difference post-op.
Thanks again Docs for all the good info.

As an Aging Adult Exercise Specialist, I can attest that there is nothing you can do that is better for your brain, your body, or your health than regular and habitual exercise. Exercise truly is the BEST medicine!

I am 64 and still do long distance backpacking, hiking sometimes over 20 miles per day for weeks on end. I ski, mountain bike and walk my dog a few miles a day twice a day. I also lift weights a few days a week. I just stay active and don’t eat crap. Most of my friends live similar life’s minus the backpacking. That I do with my dog. She loves it.

I’m 68, been working out, 5 or 6 days a week for 25 years, one particular workout is, 1000 stomach crunches, and 350 pushups, in 50 minutes,
I eat right, never smoked, but love a beer,
It works for me,
Peter

Thank-you for this video people need to here this. I spend many hours walking and working out after you develop the habit you will want to do it! Think of all the savings in taxes if this and nutrition was prioritized in education!
