Hi, thanks for this video! I got this one installed a year ago but was struggling a lot with it. We have an outdoor/open air flue and when I light it the smoke/air wants to come into the room as the flue is cold. Eventhough the vent is shut, dirty black air does find its way through the top which is quite upsetting. Do you have that as well? Or do you have tips to prevent that? Also: the booklet says that the top vent when it's in its shut but it works the opposite. Do you agree? It doesn't matter, we just need a better glove like yours! It gave me peace of mind to hear you're quite positive about this one, so many thanks for that!

I can see that you have a crack in the back stone as well. Ours happened quite quickly. But you don't seem to be bothered by it, is it not dangerous? Many thanks :-)

We got the landscape in March 2023, used it in March and April then didn’t use until October..the ash pan is warped and cracked, so much so it is difficult to put back into the stove. Really annoyed and disappointed at this happening so soon. It’s obvious the metal used isn’t good enough to sustain the heat as this does not happen to other makes (friends which have different burners were really shocked at this). Now having the hassle and cost so soon after fitting to source a better made ash pan which I might have to get specially made as I won’t waste my money buying a replacement from the manufacturers. Do not recommend.
