Recently got to sit down with my friend, Sean McCleary with @schismaticindustries after teaching a seminar at @graciefernandina in Florida. We discussed some of our favorite guard submissions, and decided to throw them on video. In this video we look at Sean's arm bar to 50/50 heel hook setup and an arm saddle to Choi bar to back take sequence I like a lot. Here are the pieces:
