In this crayfish and fish vlog, I visit South Carolina, North Carolina, and one spot in Georgia. While this video is mainly focused on aquatic species, I do a little herping for snakes where I find mainly a couple of water snakes. I get to see the Swampfish (Chologaster cornuta), the only member of the North American Cavefish family (Amblyopsidae) not found in caves. Also in this video are American Eels (Anguilla rostrata), Roanoke Darters (Percina roanoka), Roanoke Hogsuckers (Hypentelium roanokense), Pinewoods Darters (Etheostoma mariae), Turqoise Darters (Etheostoma inscriptum), Atlantic Slope Crayfish (Cambarus longulus), North Carolina Spiny Crayfish (Faxonius carolinensis), and more!
