I’ve always wondered what was going through that guys mind, one moment minding his own business on his ship in the ocean, the next he’s getting jumped by a masked highly skilled firebender (probably confusing in its own right) and a pissed waterbender who can literally bend him like water, they ask him a bunch of questions, and then they say “oops wrong guy” and leave with no explanation.

Zuko I think realised that the water benders actually can pose a threat to the fire nation. As a prince he will think big picture by default. Which is why he would listen to his sister. Why he went against the avatar even when he knew it was wrong.

Zuko knows that blood bending trained to a elite group of assasins would be nearly unstopable.

Just got a short a little while ago about something early in the show, and man it's so cool to see how far Katara came in terms of water bending. From barely making a wave to easily being one of the most formidable benders on team avatar. I love the progression.
