I had my students watch Avatar throughout the year. Their favorite character is of course Sokka so I got him to say a few words. Jack De Senta's delivery throughout the show was always spot on so I'm glad he did this.

Avatar is the best written show to raise children on. 100% should be what shapes our society. I wish This was required in every school. When my kids were very young, it was My Little Pony. When they could grasp bigger concepts, we moved into Avatar. It is all the character building they need to become respectful and fun adults. My son is killing it in his first job. Very motivated, making friends, adapting as he goes. Go for it.

Even if he didn't contact the ACTUAL FREAKING VOICE ACTOR TO DO A CAMEO FOR THE KIDS, I would've loved this class just for letting me watch avatar 😭😭

I met him in person at a convention, very pleasant conversation, and he water-tribed my collection of Avatar comics, which started a very fun rivalry with every other avatar VA at the con. It was hilarious.
