And I usually work without internet and Canva, just cutting out pictures from magazines and glue them on a paper. I didn't do that for a while, though. Maybe I should again, but I might also try Canva.

One thing that I do that I've never heard anyone else say is to mfke your password related to a goal, so that you think of thst goal every time you need to log into something.😊
