Planes fly cause of wind speed and or air speed. Air is traveling over the top of the curved wings. This creates a negative pressure over the wings. The air is essentially pulling the plane up. When air is bent it speeds up and cools down. A plane flies with either two things air speed or wind speed. Ever seen a bird fly without flapping its wings. There’s enough wind speed traveling over the birds wings.

It’s definitely moving just at a slower rate than the other plane. Beginning of video you can see it’s before the bridge then at the end of the video you can clearly see it has passed the bridge. This is simply a speed illusion

The Bridge has a Shadow.nearly Below it..the planes' shadow should be visible in this image..Nowhere to be seen..I also feel that the Planes' image is Too Small compared to that of the bridge and Distance between planes
