How to enter into bios setting and set the resolution for 19inch AIO PC

Enter into computer motherboard BIOS and Set the correct resolution for 19inch AIO PC

BIOs is not showing on f2 key. The only option is of "Ctrl+alt+del". Actually my hard has no widows installed in it. I want to install but the option my HP PC shows is: Boot is not found from HARD DISK.
Can I fix it with the help of changing bios settings of USB as default instead of hard disk? How to make the PC show BIOS?
