52 WEEK GUITAR PLAYER CLOSES TOMORROW!

There are less than 36 hours left to join 52WGP before I close enrollment again for a few months.

I’ll be closing the program again by end of day on Friday March 31st so we can officially start the April cohort. The program only resumed in mid-March. Before that it was closed since January. So when I say I’m closing the program again, I mean it.

So if you’re an:

1. Adult male that plays at an intermediate level
2. Guitar used to be a big part of their life
3. Improve their knowledge of the fretboard, improv, compositional skill
4. Serious
5. Want cut and paste practice routines that were designed by a professional and are proven to work.

You’ve come to the right place dammit. There are currently over 600 guitar players in our community who share many of these traits. If you’re a beginner, you’d probably find this program quite fast paced and challenging.

You’re gonna make so much progress here that all your friends will get PISSED OFF but not even mad.

Because we offer

1. This program offers a highly structured 170+ lesson curriculum.
2. Lessons come with a built in practice routine that will tell you exactly what to do step by step as well as WHY you're doing it AND when to move on to the next.
3. A Facebook group to share progress videos and get professional feedback.
4. Group Zoom coaching calls 3x/week to have your questions answered and get your playing roasted.
5. A new backing track shared every week for you to improvise over.
6. Accountability - we do this by making you share a progress video every week for 52 weeks in a row. If you fail to post, I personally call you out and you fail.
7. The best and most fun place to learn guitar on the internet
8. Very good looking instructors!

Who I do not work with:

a. Uncertain people
b. Busy annoying high school students
c. Anyone looking for an easy route to be good
d. Information gatherers that never take action
e. People only looking to learn parts of songs

Okay, bye.

Mistake #1 - You don't practice sweeps...

I've cured my poor sweeping by quitting sweeping.

I'm not usually a fan of short form content, or lesson videos. You are a master, not sugar coating the practice aspect and addressing real roadblocks. Thank you, I do all these mistakes

Awesome! On the last part about slanting the pick, I completely agree except for one thing. Try slanting the pick throughout all of the sweeping until the last three or four notes. Then as you approach those last notes, straighten it back up for the more staccato effect, then off into whatever phrases come next.

Okay guitar teacher here, great job, I’ve been teaching for 9 years, and you’ve taught me a thing or 2. 🎉 thank you.

On cutting the volume of the chords. When you played without cutting the volume I unironically felt my day get better. It felt very calming

@BrandonDeon I don't usually comment, but I have to say I definitely enjoy (and learn from) your videos. I like your no BS approach.

your shorts are really dense in information and never boring.
Thanks for that!

I think the hardest part is the precise coordination needed between both hands. Like I can play 200 bpm shred up scales and tapping and stuff but only with economic picking. If I tried to do that while picking every note it would be a complete mess of garbage. Same thing with sweep picking, which requires you to basically 'pick' every note as you go up and down, only occasionally playing 2 notes on a string.

I literally did all these and it made me quite. Got a squire telecaster on order as I wanted to try it again so thanks for these tips

I've been dropping in and out on Brandon since Davie504 spotlighted him and if "Now, JUST leave!" is his standard outro, I'm just now picking up on it...

And I love it 😂

I subbed for the simple fact that we both hold our pick the same way.

Literally struggled with this for years

Slanting the pick was a huge one for me. It's still hard switching from rigid alternate picking hand to a relaxed angled motion.
