One thing they should tone down is the ticket prices

I rode that Alien Encounter ride in Magic Kingdom. I was just 14 at the time—it was a Concert Band trip. It was TERRIFYING. That alien was moving around the room, breathing hot air on your neck, spitting on you... you would hear the other side of the arena scream... the Alien was Taking. People. Out. You were certain people were dying, and you were strapped in and no lights at all... it was SO SCARY. It was a fantastic ride for adults, so I wish they had just moved it and put it over in MGM Studios. The Stitch redress is cute, but man... that Alien ride will make you pee your pants in fear. Never forget it.

They never should have “toned down” these rides, they were awesome and people did love these rides. It’s not just children that go to Disney and it’s good they make things for adults too.

I do like when Disney is pushing boundaries tho! 😬👌🏼

I feel what you mean about how interesting food goes away because no one understands theming. It's a real shame too, seeing creative, delicious food get tossed out because it's not pizza and burgers.
There was this gorgeous pineapple and bacon slaw that was on the hotdogs at Volcano Bay, and they got rid of it because too many people complained about it!
It's sad to see creative, themed food go. Aren't you there for the experience??

The Alien ride was the best ride Disney ever made. It was amazing. People brought their 7 year old kids in there. THAT was the problem. I got to watch one of them on the floor screaming and crying in terror. Such horrible parents. Maybe Disney should have made it 15+ instead of 12+ but it didn't need to be removed.

Always sad when they dumb down the food at Disney.

I never felt that Mission Space was all that intense. I almost chickened out of riding it the first time, because of all the warnings. I thought it was so cool, I immediately got back in line, for a second go

I miss Snow White's Scary Adventures in Florida so much. It was my first ride ever at Disney (I was 4 and yes, I was terrified). Overall, I have a lot of good memories with my family on that ride. I would give anything to ride that again. Hopefully I can make it to Disneyland one day.

Extra TERRORestrial Alien Encounter is my favorite Magic Kingdom show ever. So disappointed that more 'mature' rides like this aren't available in the parks because the imagineers did a great job on this ride and I wish it was still around today.

OMG! I almost peed in my pants at the point of the Alien Terror ride when you feel the air on the back of your neck (like the alien creature was behind you). I was in my 40's and still, it was freaking scary. We also rode Mission Space, but took the "Green" side because we were "chicken". So glad that we will only visit the International section (drink around the world) during our next visit to EPCOT.

Alien encounter one of the coolest experiences, I remember being genuinely scared when the creature breathes down your neck, sad they changed it !!

The alien one traumatized me as a kid. I don't remember the alien being the same back then but I do remember I was forced by my parents to enter since I had no one else to stay with outside, thing is when the lights dark, heard the alien and felt its 'blood' splatter on me. Right then I freaked out so my parents promised me we'd head to the castle to meet the princesses. My day only got worse because it began to rain heavily.

I’ve always had a “kinda” like for dinosaur, I don’t like the way the dinosaurs pop out at you but I do enjoy the thrill and the smell of the queue! lol

I'm pretty tired of everything at Disney being about kids! It's supposed to be for everyone 1-99 but we have to have helicopter parents and internet Karen ruin things for everyone. You seriously need to grow a thicker skin if anything at Disney is terrifying to you 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
