It's okay to speak up when you are not feeling okay when you are feeling down, depressed, sad.hurt, scared, broken etc
it really is okay to just say something instead of brushing it off or keeping everything inside
cause someday you'll just explode and it's a good to talk about how you feel deep inside of yourself to be open and if you don't want to share that with your YouTube fans that's okay you can talk to your
friends and family because sometimes some thing's are just better left unsaid .
