i read this theory somewhere. it says that the reason louise wears her bunny ears is because she has hearing problems (the hearing aid is hidden by the hat) in the episode where logan pulls her hat off, she immediately covers her ears. also, the reason she’s really loud is because she doesn’t actually realize how loud she is. obviously it’s just a theory but it makes the most sense.

I like the theory that Louise looks like Linda, that one could be true. There heads are both a very similar shape and their hair and fringe looks very similar. Louise also acts like Linda sometimes, like they both hate a member of the "Bush" family, they will do anything to get something belonging to them back (Louise in Ear-sy Rider and Linda in The Bleakening) and both enjoy quite violent activities. When you think about it, Louise shares personality traits with both of her parents, but shares her looks with Linda.

I used to have my own theory of why Louise wears her bunny ears. When she was a little kid, she had cancer, which I also believed killed Bob’s mom. Bob was always there for Louise’s chemotherapy treatments, and even gave her a hat to cover her bald spot. Even though she’s cured, Louise still wears the gift from her father and has a close relationship with Bob
