So true that you have to guide people to write a good review... They will go all over the place and never hit the mark. I am a travel advisor and am just dealing with this at the moment as I forgot to give one client specific pointers like: (a) Where were you before you hired me to plan your trip? (b) How did the trip go overall? (c) What was your favourite part of the vacation/hotel/resort? 3 or 4 sentences and voila!

Hey! I love your insight and what you're saying here and totally agree about the specificity with numbers being more effective in copywriting. Question about one of your examples though... 2:41 - What if you don't have that large of a number because your just starting to grow your community. And when I say not a large number, I'm talking fewer than double digits. They are small but might and also among my most die-hard fans. But in a piece of marketing, the number doesn't seem like it'd be effective in enticing others to join. Thoughts? Thank you for your channel!

What if you prewrite a fact about the service as a testimonial you want, and then just have the customer say yes or no, then you can have a well written testimony without annoying the customer.
