USING GOOGLE DOCS TO MAKE YOUR INTAKE FORMS FILLABLE

I AM WORKING ON MAKING MY FORMS FILLABLE TO BE EASIER FOR MY PATIENTS. I DECIDED TO MAKE A VIDEO TO HELP YOU NAVIGATE GOOGLE DOCS TO DO THE SAME, IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY. I AM CONFIDENT THIS WILL MAKE MY INTAKE PROCESS EASIER FOR MY PATIENTS. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU TOO.

I wish google could make this easier like in Microsoft Word. Do you know if I could make my fillable form with check off boxes in MS then import it into Google and will it work?

I email it to them however the problem that I found was that when I give them permission to edit, so they can enter their information, they have access to change what I have typed. I have not figured out how to only make the sections they need to fill out editable.
