This is the best wrestling coverage show on the internet. Great job.

Thanks for covering our event. The wrestlers had a great time. Also, thank you for the feedback. We will definitely look at ways to enhance the event 😊

I feel like there should be an event where they only do matches that the wrestlers are not in the same weight class. For example Spencer Lee and RBY. So they can just bring the best action.

Excellent Wrap-up. I think in regular season there's gonna be a little different outcome as I think some were maybe holding back just a skosh. You know, they didn't want to show all their cards. For 149 though I think there's no discussion. Sasso should be number three, he's a solid number three threat. I have to give Gomez the number one for having beat both the number one and number three wrestlers. So Gomez number one, Yianni number two, Sasso number three and Johnson number four just to start the season. Gomez earned that number one. As for Mekhi, I still think he's number two. I think they were both holding their cards close so they wouldn't tip a later advantage, when it would have more importance.

Issues I had with the event:
Seemed like they were wrestling on a high school sized mat, not collegiate.
Very little fans in attendance and the venue was small.. like smaller than a high school gym.
Didn’t have the rankings of each individual wrestler on the score.
Commentators did a lack luster job at discussing the history of each wrestler during each match.

Overall, if you’re very familiar with the sport, know what’s going on and who is who, it was pretty good. But for the occasional wrestling fan or for someone who doesn’t know anything about the matchups, it would’ve been nice to do like minute interviews of each wrestler, discuss the rivalry or current rankings to show the stakes of the competition. If the wrestling fan base is to grow, they have to adopt more presentation techniques of a ufc format… and get a bigger venue to hold an audience and a collegiate size mat.

Gomez should be #1, he’s on a roll this year.

You should do a video about a college wrestling video game and what you’d want to see

This is the second time this season where Sasso got pushed in the 3rd period. We already know 157, 165 and 174 were going to be tough. With the new batch of freshmen add 149 to that list. It's a long season. We'll see who peaks at the end.

I agree Gomez should be #1, I feel like if he would have beat sasso first and then yianni after, they would have made him #1 but since he beat yianni after he had a loss right before that that’s what keeping him from having that ranking. But the bottom line should be if a top 5 guy beats a #1, there’s really no reason they shouldn’t be the new #1.

I know a lot of people don’t care for the women’s matches, but Prussin vs Shilson was phenomenal. Both fantastic wrestlers.

Why isn't anyone talking about the best match of the night??? Emily Shillson-not sure of the spelling, but two undefeated going at it, and her comeback was amazing.

Gomez vs Sasso was a great match, many of the others lacked action

Yea, I agree that Gomez should be ranked one right now, he had the loss earlier but he beat yianni who seemed to be untouchable till now

Did you think Hamitti injured the leg he had the black sleeve on? Not taking away anything from Keegan but when he had him on those single legs Hamitti had no resistance while trying to balance on that leg. When the match was ending and Hamitti was shaking his head I think Keegan said something but I think he was letting his corner know he was hurting but was trying to give it his all. To me Keegan looked sharp but Hamitti wasn’t himself. Sorry so long and the wrestling guide is awesome! Have a Happy Thanksgiving 🦃

How sure are you Carr wont go down a weight later in the season. I feel like it would be a good move for him and his team. If his cert allows ofc
