When it comes to pandemics people should use foresight. Ask yourself, if a pandemic happens again what will you want everyone to have? Answer: Advanced masks. (Not crappy cloth ones) Features it should have. 1: Masks which can properly fit on anyone. 2: Transparent tubes (Highly durable) that wind up & down next to each other again and again, maximizing the distance the air has to travel to get to the persons mouth & nose to breath in. While the air is traveling through these tubes, the tubes are being bombarded with Ultra violet light and what ever other frequencies of energy can break down the protein walls & other protections that Viruses or bacteria may have. These tubes would be in a protected container that shields the wearer from the ultra violets so it posses no risk to wearer.3: Mask should have an attachment to cover over eyes. The masks can also be designed to allow for attachments for other forms of air filtration if desired. If everyone has such a mask then if crap hits the fan you just leave it up to the individual to protect themself, just make sure they have the means to do it, which means mass produce the masks and while not in pandemic sell them, but if pandemic hits, give them out for free fast.
