I would love to have your energy. I own my old homestead that has been an active successful farm since 1862 and live on my wife’s property that has been a successful farm since the 1850s. What both have in common is an excellent dependable source of high quality water. It’s tough to farm anything without good water. I enjoy your videos.

In 48 years at 1.5% tax is equal to the purchase price….

48x1.5%= 72

Not counting inflation….

This lady says rural land which is outside city limits. If you are buying in the county, the town has nothing to do with your build. You need to make sure your land in in or out of city limits.
