Great video Quinn, love your stuff! My question is do you recommend working minimal ROM in the squat until you can get more depth with proper posture, or do you want to train full ROM even if you continue to lean forward through the squat? Thanks!

My problem is leaning forward at the hips. Would it be better to do this facing the other way so the bands pull you upright. Making sure that the pull is not from the shoulders?

Something I dont understand is dont most people fall forward at the hips while going down. What are the bands doing?
