I saw the video, that cop was rude to her the entire time, treating her like a criminal even though she’s the one who called for service!

They wouldn't treat a dog like that.

Let’s talk bout the cover up…telling the family a neighbor killed her, then saying she hurt herself

It's sad that you call the police for help and you are violated.

Sounds like she had a premonition. She just didn’t know it would be a cop who killed her.

She wasn't paranoid. Her spirit was giving her signs that the spirit of death was looming

She was a highly sensitive Earth Angel…she knew what was in her presence and rebuked it. She even had a premonition of her death days before. It’s sad we don’t see and recognize our abilities and gifts for what they are.

Crazy how the cop got so aggressive the second she said "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus."

There's absolutely no reason for that officer to escalate ANYTHING and yet he came in already hoppin. Shame on the other officer for seeing this and not doing something about it. They train for this very reason. Just sick.

This is such a tragedy. A needless death. I can’t believe the stupidity of that deputy.

Holding your family in my heart. She didn’t deserve this brutality. Rest in peace, Sonya.

Why is this interviewer smiling? The situation is grim and she's smiling like it's a birthday celebration

You can see the gentleness of Sonya by listening to her son speak of her! She would be so proud of him! It’s so obvious how much he loved her. I felt so bad for the mom, whose heart has been shattered. RIP Sonya

No one could watch their child /mother being murdered, and it's certainly too soon to approach that. What an insensitive question.

This cop should serve life in prison without parole. I'm white but I agree that she would still be alive if she wasn't black. I saw the video a few times and that cop was evil. I watched it so many times because it all happened so fast and I thought maybe I missed something. Nope. Just a trigger happy good ol boy who drinks too much (he had a DWI). That poor woman. I am praying for this poor family; this should never have happened.

There is power in the name of Jesus. Whatever was in him was set off by what was in her. I'm so sorry for her family but at least they know she was a believer and she called on his name before she died. Whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

I know what her Mom's going through. My son was killed on my birthday almost 7 years ago.

The witnesses lied on my son, stating that he took his own life. The police didn't arrest the driver. He didn't have any auto insurance, current tag, was speeding and no drivers license. He is a white man. My son had mental challenges. There's no way he would've taken his own life. He wasn't in his right mind.

I tried to get the man arrested. The police department basically told me that they didn't care about my son's life because he killed himself. The officer at the station said "what do you want us to do? The only thing I could do is give him a ticket". The good ole boy system was in operation in this case and is still operating to this day!

I asked the reporting officer if my son was the driver instead of the white man, would he be arrested. He said yes!

I prayed for and with this officer on the phone. Both of us were crying. I asked him if he wanted to accept Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He declined. I told him that I was angry with the whole situation, I forgave everyone involved and put it in God's hands.

We're living in the End Times. People aren't getting away with their evil deeds, plots, etc. God's Holy Spirit is revealing the truth about everything and everyone! No more protection for the complexion!

God's going to bring justice and vindication of our loved ones. It's not our battle but God's.

I'm not going to respond to foolishness, racists, biased, institutional ignorance, etc remarks. Sonya's, my son's and countless people of color who were killed, lives matter to God and their family.

I'm going to continue to fast, pray, love, repent, forgive and obey God for the manifestation of my prayers. Whatever a person sows, shall they reap.

I love and pray for everyone! ❤️🙏🏽🤗

Note: She did not have the pot in her hand at that time. What she had in her hand was the red oven mitt/towel she used to carry the pot to the sink. Please take a closer look at the video again! The pot is rusty; what's in her hand is red! She was trying to shield herself with the red oven mitt/towel! She did not throw hot water at that lying demon!!
