The censorship on things that aren't offensive or sexual is out of control, it's difficult to enjoy trying to make cool robots when 50% of my prompts get flagged and I have no idea why.

@3:25 It is indeed surprisingly imaginative, and it has a little sense of humor too. I was showing a co-worker DALL-E. I asked him to come up with something off the top of his head. He said a car made out of peanut butter. So that's exactly what I asked for and it came back with 4 photo realistic vehicles made out of peanut butter decorated with actual peanuts on top. One even had a peanut butter jar top for its roof. But it was the name that it slapped on the side of all four. We didn't prompt for a name, but it was damn funny and very surprising. Surprisingly, it came up with some interesting results when I asked it to create creatures from nonsense names. Example: "A hauklindoufler watching a neff falling off of a flandimploofer while in space". Now I know what a hauklindoufler a neff and flandimploofer looks like. LOL

One of the craziest is asking for Funkopop figures.
It generates a perfect 3d render outside the box, another consistent one inside the box, and a consistent but different angle on the box packaging.

And some of my characters are bulky, yet it "knows" when to add or not some of the accessories.

Been having so much fun with Chat GPT and DALL-E 3 the past week or so, it's amazing how creative Chat GPT can be with the prompts and how good DALL-E 3 is at turning them into pictures.

As much as I love playing around with Dalle 3, I keep getting 1 hour bans for prompts that are completely SFW. Its a shame too, because Dalle 3 understands complicated prompts so well. I'm really hoping Stable Diffusion will be able to understand specific prompts as well as Dalle 3 some day.

Sensitivity really is a weird one. It seems to have significant biases too.
For example:
It won't create a satellite image of a hurricane near the US east coast sometimes, but it will produce NSFW content if prompted with famous art pieces containing such depictions.
It will also block names, but not fully. Lionel Messi(⚽) doesn't work, Messi does. Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't, CR7 or Ronaldo will.
A guy on the beach or surfing, easy. The same prompt for a women, doesn't.

But I did note they have removed other biases, eg skin color is more varied which gives very creative results at times.

It's even funnier when you use it within GPT4, because you can give it a look with a custom prompt and tell it to always produce an image of what's it's doing now, in any answer. A little robot or an anime girl dressed as a volcanologist explaining Plinian Eruptions to you... Super fun

DALL-E 3 is surprisingly good at pixel art; maybe not as good as something with a dedicated LoRA, but worth trying out!

I have had several sleepless nights playing with it because it's so addictive to collaborate and iterative processes to insanely cool images 😅
