Kirill had the best form out of anyone. I think he could've went onto hit much bigger numbers. He hit 738 at 25 years old!

R.I.P. siamand
hey guys look at those lifts, he didnt use any belt or suit or even wraps and no hand off . without legs you cant make a good arch, you cant produce leg drive and you cant create a stable structure with your body. he use olympic bars and plates that are easy to wobble and hard to stablize . he was actualy a real giant killer

When I was in high school, 2 of the Power Team guys came to my school for motivational speaking. One was James Henderson. I was in the front row so he used me as an example, then gathered another guy close in weight to me. I hovered around 160 lbs back then, usually what I wrestled at in 10th grade. He took a piece of rebar or something and me and the other kid positioned ourselves as human weights on either end. He military pressed us off the ground for 3 reps. He got us into position first, then the reps. When you're a teenager and pre-YouTube, you really don't have a grasp of what's possible. I thought there was no way he'd lift us. It was so strange and awe inspiring at the same time. When he was finished, he took that piece of bar and bent it in half. He also tore a large phone book in half. When I asked him how much he could bench at the time, he told me 650. I read about stuff like that in magazines and never seen anything like it up close. I totally believed him. Now with YouTube, you can see that there's several very strong people out there and it's a privilege to be able to see what the human body and mind are capable of.

How on earth did Rahman move the weights he did without legs? He was in my opinion the GOAT because of that. It would be interesting to see what the others would do without leg drive.

i am actually impressed some of these lifts passed as they were barely even touch and go whilst others have to have a legit 1 sec pause at the bottom and wait for up signal

"It's just another exercise" my uncle replied at dinner when I told him about my training partner's 400lb bench at a body weight of around 200lbs. And so it is.
