F-I-N-A-L-L-Y! At last, it is HERE! The moment YouTube recommended this, I was in ecstasy, and fervently clicked "Subscribe". It would be nice to start in REVERSE chronological order: Jama, Maargazhi ThingaL, Modern Love Chennai, Viduthalai, Maayon (spell-binding score) etc. all the way down to 16 Vayadhinile (1977) that started the 'BGM' saga in the history of INDIAN MUSIC, and of course ending with AnnakkiLi (dawn of the DON of Music, announcing to the world in style, "Here I arrive")! IR said 16 Vayadhinile was the first movie he got total freedom to compose a score as he pleased (without having to feel skeptical about director/producer's whims, or any interference from them), and what a score! Good choice of BGM for the promo (but could have added a few more)! They all are lifting his music: left, right, up, down, corners and center! Recently, while watching the Malayalam movie, Level Cross, Vishal Chandrashekhar has literally copied-pasted IR's 2019 IFFI masterclass impromptu score for the scene described by director Balki (son-father theme).
