Peppermint Bark - Quick and Easy Recipe

If you know of anyone who loves peppermint bark, they will love this.
It's very easy to make.
You will need:

dark chocolate chips (You can use milk chocolate)
white chocolate chips
crush candy canes

Melt your dark chocolate and spread it on some parchment paper and let it set up.
Melt your white chocolate and mix some of your crushed candy canes in it and spread it on top of the dark chocolate. Top with some more crushed candy canes.

I didn't know you could buy crushed candy canes. Good idea. When I used to make bark I'd just break it into pieces.

Do you ever make haystacks? Easy and good. I like them with butterscotch and chow mien noodles.
