Wonderful peppermint bark! I created this video in memory of a close friend. About 7 oz. White Chocolate
About 7 oz. Dark, 60 to 70% Cocoa Chocolate
1/2 to 3/4 Cup Crushed Soft Peppermint Candies
1/4 Cup crushed Hard Peppermint Candy Canes

We make this, too! Mostly my youngest daughter makes it. I’ll share with her your tip about the puffy peppermint candies. One other thing we add is peppermint extract to the melted chocolate.
