Every holiday season, we look forward to getting our hands on peppermint bark. Fortunately, you can make a batch in no time. It's the easiest Christmas treat and makes an excellent homemade holiday present for family, friends, neighbors, or coworkers. The whole neighborhood will be asking for a slice of this quick and tasty peppermint bark.

Ingredients
• 340g Dark Chocolate
• 340g White Chocolate
• 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract
• Candy Canes around 75g
The instructions
◇Step 1 - First layer
1. Grease a baking sheet with butter
2. Line with parchment paper
3. Set aside
4. Chop the dark chocolate
5. Melt dark chocolate over a water bath
6. Add in your Peppermint extract
7. Mix it in
8. Pour the dark chocolate into your pan
9. Spread it out evenly
10. Refrigerate until hardened ( 15min )
◇Step 2 - Second Layer and Topping
1. Crush your candy canes into small pieces
2. Set aside
3. Chop your white chocolate
4. Melt the white chocolate over a water bath
5. Pour it over the dark chocolate layer
6. Spread it out evenly
7. Immediately sprinkle the candy cane pieces all over your chocolate
8. Refrigerate until hardened ( 15min )
9. Take it out of the fridge
10. Cut into pieces
11. Enjoy!
