Sanskrit:
Mangalam Bhagavan Vishnu
Mangalam Garudadhwajah
Mangalam Pundareekaksha
Mangalay Tano Hari

Translation:
All auspiciousness to Lord Vishnu, all auspiciousness to one who has Garuda as His flag. All auspiciousness to one who has eyes like the lotus flowers, and auspiciousness to Hari.
( Hari has quite few meanings, based on this context, I believe it can be taken as the supreme absolute/the one who removes the sorrows of his devotee. This wasn't part of the original comment but I thought I'll just include it too.)

Meaning:
Known as the powerhouse of Auspiciousness, this mantra brings abundance of good luck and fortune when starting your day, a new project, a new relationship or new beginnings to a wonderful life.
