This is a very easy, moist and delicious carrot cake with fresh cream, cream cheese frosting the best ever and the only one you will ever want to make 💕

CARROT CAKE:
Dry ingredients:
2 Cups cake flour
1/4 Tsp salt
2 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 Tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 Tsp ground cardamom
1 tin of crushed pineapple
2 cups grated carrots

Wet Ingredients:
4 Large eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup white granulated sugar
1 Tsp vanilla
1 cup oil
1 cup buttermilk

Cream cheese:
1/4 cup Medium fat cream cheese
1 Cup heavy cream
1/3 cup (80ml) powder sugar (can be reduced to make it less sweeter)
1 Tsp lemon juice

Fresh cream:
1 Cup heavy cream
1/4 Cup powder sugar (icing sugar)
