Level 713 In Elden Ring Is Insane... Max Level In Elden Ring is crazy. The amount of HP, Damage, and everything else in between. Max Level is 713 in Elden Ring, which costs a lot of runes. 99 in every stat is the max you could get at max level!

Elden Ring is an action role-playing game played in a third-person perspective with gameplay focusing on combat and exploration; it features elements similar to those found in other games developed by FromSoftware, such as the Souls series, Bloodborne, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Director Hidetaka Miyazaki explained that players start with a linear opening but eventually progress to freely explore the Lands Between, including its six main areas, as well as castles, fortresses, and catacombs scattered throughout the open world map. These main areas are interconnected through a central hub that players can access later in the game's progression—similar to Firelink Shrine from Dark Souls—and are explorable using the character's mount as the main mode of transport, although a fast travel system is an available option. Throughout the game, players encounter non-player characters (NPCs) and enemies alike, including the demigods who rule each main area and serves as the game's main bosses.

Combat in Elden Ring relies heavily on character-building elements found in previous Souls games and related intellectual properties, such as calculated and close-ranged melee-based combat with the use of skills, magic abilities, as well as blocking and dodging mechanics. Elden Ring introduces mounted combat and a stealth system, the latter being a core gameplay element from Sekiro; these features are expected to encourage players in strategizing their combat approach with each unique enemy they encounter. The game makes use of a player character stamina bar after being absent from Sekiro, although its overall influence over combat was reduced compared to previous FromSoftware games that utilized it. Unlike in Sekiro, resurrection mechanics after in-game death are not available; however, some elements were added to ensure players' progression within the game.[1][4]

Miyazaki stated that the customization in Elden Ring would be richer, as players are able to discover different skills through their exploration of the map instead of unlocking skill trees as in Sekiro and differing from the pre-fixed weapon skills of FromSoftware's previous games. These skills are interchangeable with a large variety of weapons which, alongside equipment, magic abilities, and items players can craft using materials found within the world, can be used to customize the player character.[2][4] The game also features summoning mechanics, where players can summon a large variety of collectible spirits hidden throughout the game's world map, including previously defeated enemies, as allies to assist them in battle. Similar to the Souls series, the game's multiplayer allows other players to be summoned for cooperative play.[2][5]

If anything this tells us that having a well upgraded weapon matters way more than levels

I love how death is still a real possibility even at max level lol

Mans using an un-upgraded starter staff and is like, "I feel like I should be doing more damage"

People fail to realize being maxed out in all categories isn’t really different than say a maxed out bleed build. You’re just more versatile in switching to different builds without respec. You won’t use every category to its full potential with any build. A few specific categories at max level is all that’s needed and allocate the rest where needed.

i love how at max level you are just o the same plane of power as the bosses. not truly above, but at a level where you can kill each other at the same rate.

When you used the glintstone pebble and got 262 damage my first thought was “thats not much. I get around that same damage at level 52” and then i realised hes using a non upgraded starter staff that doesn’t have anywhere near S tier sorcery scaling. Thats insane.

and i thinks this proves that weapon level is a lot more important then your actual level when it comes to damage. even if you're level 713 with a level 1 weapon you do less damage then someone whose level 30 with a level 3-5 weapon.

I know there’s another soft cap at 80, but I feel like the difference between 55 and 99 is minimal. If you take a +10 weapon into the Godrick fight, he’s going down in a few hits no matter what

If you're maxed out in different stats you'll want a weapon that scales in lots of different stats like The Staff Of Prince of Death, Loretta's Sickle, Seal Of Golden Order

Everytime I read one of these "funny how even at max level you can die"-comments, I think to myself "well he isn't using that 99 endurance very well. He could run around with a heavy armor and still light roll. Effectively doubling his health." ^^

Also I would really like to see a weapon with multiple scaling on a max-level-character. Something like "Sword of Night and Flame" or "Erdsteel Dagger" with Magic/Cold-Ash

Even though they were max level it goes to show that proper gear is still required as well as patience.

Assuming you were on a NG+ level where the Waves of Gold outside Mogh got you 100, 000 runes per rep, you would have to do 50 reps per day for 340 days, or 100 reps per day for 170 days. Assuming each rep took you 15 seconds, you could realistically accomplish this by playing 25 minutes per day for a little under 6 months. Not too bad actually

Can you set your poise to an absurdly high level and test if attacks that normally toss you up can be tanked?

Curious if they're just guaranteed tosses or if poise can tank anything as long as it's high enough

I got to level 256, On NG+ Radahn went down so fast he didn't have a chance to go into phase 2 and turn into a comet. Every boss fight was just a formality, it kinda killed the game for me, I had to start a new character.

Having max stats, is still the same as having a build. You just have the luxury of swapping maxed builds, without needing to respec. I’m not surprised bosses can still clap cheeks because nothing really changed.
