I think another one is feeling lonely in a crowd of people who do not carry the same energy. I never feel alone by myself or in nature because the frequency and vibrations match my energy.

After nearly 20 years since my journey began, I have read, listened to, viewed and insatiably sort out as much material as I could possibly absorb on the topic. 1)Warm hearted: I still get angry, but less often then before.
2)Appreciation: I'm grateful when I think about it, but mostly indifferent.
3)Compete: I don't compete/compare (and NOT out of apathy)
4)Productivity: I am getting more productive & like it.
5)Abandon destructive habits: I quit a drug addiction, but still over eat & watch porn.
6)Self-love: I don't love myself.
7)Avoid drama: I cut out all the drama/negative people in my life.
8)Emotional independence: I still want validation, and act like a "fake" people pleaser.
9)Kindness: I'm definitely getting kinder and forgiving faster.
10)Self-improvement: Definitely have this.
