Judge Boyd would never allow her to be any kind of healthcare aide. Who wants these types in our homes, who are on probation? Good grief! All these people who commit crimes, and are on probation, then can't stick to the rules.

I have to agree with Judge Disanto regarding zoom hearings and how people “show up” in inappropriate clothing, head wraps, sleep bonnets, baseball caps, knit hats in fall/winter, tank tops, tube tops and either appear naked or unprepared for a formal court hearing.

The hours she’s reporting she’s working are absolutely REAL. I’m a nurse with over a decade working the same job, the same shifts. The majority of CNA’s are good people, who genuinely care for the patients… it’s just incredibly HARD WORK.
