According to the state of Hawaii the rail is more important…so don’t worry about our infrastructures. The federal money for the infrastructures will be diverted to the rail.

One of America's contributions to serenity is how merchant marine is flagged in other countries. It's a way of contributing without being imperialistic. The Islands also have forces occurring under the surface. Would be nice if some of those ships could be used in forming reefs. They keep having to replenish sands to Waikiki.
