1)What’s your background? You have awesome knife skills and fish knowledge. How did you get to this level of professionalism?Do a vid on this .

2) Do you suggest also taking up fishing as hobby to further one’s knowledge? I’m a foodie and went to 3.5 mos culinary school but their seafood component was brief. Learning lots 4 mos in at well-respected supermarket chain’s Seafood Dept via trainer, grocer chain’s good videos, my personal experience cooking, travel, and YT vids like your’s.
