Girl manipulated a firearm away from her father. A gun he knew fully well, she was not legally able to purchase or possess under State and Federal Laws.
How is that Not Negligence?

Children have been deprived of proper role models, help with their mental health, solid core beliefs that give them a healthy perspective on the world, a family unit that pays attention/truly cares and takes time out of their day to address their issues, etc. A culture-wide change must be made for the next generations to escape this materialistic social hedonism and existential nihilism. Morality is no longer taught and children are paying for that mistake that adults have been making for decades now and refuse to fix. This is the highest form of negligence a parent can make.

Negligent Parents? Funny how this want or need to charge parents only occurs when Whyte People are involved.

The parents don't appear negligent but the police department and government do

Yeah buying or having an unsecured firearm around a mentally disturbed teenager is in no way negligence. After all, they are a middle class family.

We should pay attention to how the social media age limit law works out in Australia.

Is this the new standard of parenting? " Not negligent". Kid had a serious emotional issue. If it was " undiagnosed " then that shows a lack of involvement too. If she was programmed by liberal dogma, that also shows either school or parental short comings.

There is negligence and he's the police chief? Wisconsin State law prohibits a person under the age of 18 from possessing a firearm. It also prohibits a strawman purchase of a handgun for a person under 18. Meaning you can't purchase a gun for someone else if their not permitted to have one. However someone under 18 can possess a rifle or shotgun for hunting purposes only. So as a result of Wisconsin State law, this father was responsible for that handgun and could be the only person in that household to possess that handgun. She should have never been able to gain access to it. Therefore the father was negligent.

I don’t know any women who bonded with their father at a shooting range.

Society is quick to provide academic education to children, but not make sure they get mental and emotional help with proper counselors, therapists, or psychiatrists.

Just like kids have to take aptitude tests, they should have to take psychological assessments. This would be able to help prevent or stop bullying, prevent incidents like this, and a mentally & emotionally sound child will be able to learn better.

We need not just teachers, but also Dr Phil's.
