Helix LT is great amp modeler.I got mine 5 days ago..If you don't like a sound, It's probably because this guy hasn't tweak it right but once you dial it in, you got a great sound!

Smart move by Line 6. Yes, it may sound expensive but its priced under the competitors like the AX8 and Bias Head etc. It has all the same features as the regular helix minus some I/O. If this satisfies you, then it's a good buy. It's a good upgrade for those who still have the hd pod but didn't want to spend the money for the full helix.

How would I switch seamlessly without lag between a high metal gain tone to a soft clean Eric Clapton tone for example? I find when switching between presets, there is a half a second delay between presets. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Priced to high, I would just spend a couple bucks more and buy the big Helix with all the bells and whistles. I already own the Helix rack. Drop the price another $300 and I think this LT version will be a hit! Thoughts?

The sound quality that I could get by using the built in interface is the same (or even better) as the sound quality that I could get using an external audio interface (like the scarlett 2i2) ?

When these are used in a year or so, they'll be 600 or so cheaper than an ax8. My fractal rig is looking frivolous now. I think this is the best looking Line 6 product they've put out. Exciting times.
