He might never forget me—I was a primary partner—but, he’ll never be able to contact me, as I have caused a deep narcissistic injury—blocked him on social media, moved to a different city, and have gone no contact.

I wasn't forgotten. The last contact I had with my narc was in March. Then in June out of nowhere I got an invitation to join him and a mutual friend at a concert. I just looked at the text and said to myself, "Oh look it's the abuser. Go ahead and rot!" I am guessing he just wanted another round. But, since I found videos like this I know better.

Want a narcissist to go away? Give yourself no value in their eyes. They'll leave on their own accord. Took back my narcissist and eventually he started the same bag of tricks- lying, controlling, cheating, using, abusing. When I was ready to get out I remembered the Hoover's. So made it so he would leave on his own accord. It worked. Hoover free.

The Nameless Narcissist says they hold all the memories, but can't remember that feeling they felt with us. However, Cluster B Milkshake says if they Hoover a lot we were important to them. That doesn't mean they loved us or anyone though.

They don't forget you, trust me, especially if you were GRADE A supply, but you usually become labelled either the NEW ENEMY or ANOTHER ONE WITH ISSUES ! Prey for the latter, because you will avoid the predictable revenge agenda ! Jess, I was wondering if you might do a video on narcs and the long distance relationship ? I noticed that when I moved away they expected the same level of intensity and control, the moment I stopped calling, even for a short while, their whole attitude would change and they would start acting up ! They did the same thing if they saw me doing things or hanging out with others on social media, ..their tone was always derogatory and they would NEVER be happy that I was making new friends ! They seem to have great trouble adjusting, and ASSUME you don't care anymore ! Infact all narcs seem to be unable to see that you can have periods apart doing your own thing and just be happy for you ! They always think you are turning your back on them, and think the worst of you, they can't see you can maintain different degrees of a relationship, they have to think something is wrong, and then go on the attack ! 😆🤔🤨
Truth is, the moment you realize you're not prepared to put up with these crazy long distance relationship antics anymore is also the same moment you realize you really have come a long way and truly grown as a truly liberated and enlightened empath 🙏❤️❤️😎

Of course they won't forget you, especially if they got butt hurt, just like they hurt you, it's a ego bruise to them, the toy 🪀 that escaped from their shelf, they don't forget that even when their with someone else, your in the little black 🖤 book in their phone, but when your completely done with them they just have the ego bruise so the only thing for them to do is try to hoover you, and when you ignore them they honestly get butt hurt 🤕 worse, remember that they have fragile little egos 💩👍 Jess good to hear from you and thanks for the videos and work that you do🦋

They do and don't was perfect! But...they will remember all the Highs you gave them when you....Run into them somewhere when you are out. They give you that....low voice...Hi. Like not sure kinda....Then wait to see if you bite.
